Hmm, stop fear by readjusting my thoughts… I hear you thinking. Yes you can because all fear is only a frame of mind. I know it comes across as though I’m callous and uncaring. I know about fear, real fear and the imagined fear. The fear of being a social failure, not having enough money, getting fat and fear of my kids getting tattooed or pierced.
