Another exacerbation with a fear of flying is turbulence. While turbulence is uncomfortable it is not exactly dangerous.

Always have breakfast - something to line your stomach. It may be a good idea to have something dairy like a yoghurt to line your stomach.
Avoid coffee and other caffeine.
Avoid alcohol.
